1. What Trovlet is

Trovlet is a product discovery and curation platform. We editorially select and organize products from retailers across the internet. We are not a store — we do not sell products, process payments, or handle shipping. When you click a product link, you're taken to the retailer's website to complete your purchase.

2. Affiliate relationships

Product links on Trovlet may be affiliate links. When you make a purchase through these links, we earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. We participate in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates, Etsy Affiliates, Impact.com, ShareASale, and direct brand partnerships.

Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial decisions. We apply the same quality standards to every product regardless of commission rate. See our full affiliate disclosure.

3. Product information accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information (names, prices, descriptions, images, availability) is accurate. However, this information comes from third-party retailers and may change without notice.

Prices displayed on Trovlet are approximate and may not reflect current pricing, sales, taxes, or shipping costs. Always verify details on the retailer's website before purchasing. Trovlet is not responsible for pricing errors, product availability, or the accuracy of third-party information.

4. User accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate product ratings or reviews.

5. User content

When you submit product ratings, reviews, or lists, you grant Trovlet a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time. Content that is abusive, fraudulent, or violates others' rights will be removed.

6. Intellectual property

Product images and descriptions displayed on Trovlet are sourced from retailers and used for product discovery purposes. The Trovlet name, logo, editorial content, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our editorial content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Trovlet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, purchases made through affiliate links, or the quality of third-party products. Your use of Trovlet is at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of Trovlet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
